For trainer Moritz Busl, it was a follow-up to the Kemnath training fair. Three students, who had registered for a company tour as part of the fair, visited microSYST during the autumn holidays.
Together with production manager Werner Weidl, Moritz Busl gave the young people a tour around the premises in Windischeschenbach, which combine administration, development, production and logistics in one place: "Quality and maximised added value made in Windischeschenbach" said Busl. A short company presentation was the opening act, and employees were also on hand to answer questions and provide the students with lively insights as they toured the various areas. Always in the back of the young people's minds: the apprenticeships offered at microSYST as electronics technicians for devices and systems (m/f/d), IT specialists for application development (m/f/d) and office management assistants (m/f/d).
The tour ended with a shared lunch - time to reflect on what they had seen and bring the tour to a pleasant close.
