Right in the centre of the Weiden training fair with 7.000 visitors

microSYST was literally right in the centre of the action at the largest training fair in the Northern Upper Palatinate. Integrated in the centre of the action, the new stand was used for the second time. And was once again a hit: many of the 7,000 visitors stopped and asked for first-hand information.

Everything revolved around insights into the smart LED technology from Windischeschenbach and the corresponding apprenticeships for IT specialists in application development (m/f/d), electronics technicians for devices and systems (m/f/d) and office management assistants (m/f/d).
Meanwhile, a four-sided, so-called cube display and a number-based display showed examples of what microSYST works on every day. The fact that the technology is not only distributed from Windischeschenbach, but also developed and produced there, astonished quite a few visitors.

In just four hours at the fair, young people, parents and sometimes even grandparents of those looking for an apprenticeship ensured a good flow. Together with trainees Leonel Rodriguez Quevedo, Livia Wiebe and Evi Kleber, trainers Florian Helgert, Moritz Busl and Katja Ermer had plenty to do: The six-person trade fair team was on hand to answer questions, explain how an LED-based storage system works using the self-built competition and hand out giveaways. There was no room for boredom - right in the centre of the largest training fair in the Northern Upper Palatinate.
