"We fitted in wonderfully with the mix of companies and knew how to score points despite the large number of exhibitors,’" says the microSYST team, summarising its own presence at the Kemnath training fair.
As one of around 100 exhibitors - from industry, trade and healthcare to public authorities - microSYST was particularly impressive on the technical side. The bright LED displays on the stand certainly helped to ensure that the young people stopped to find out more. For those interested in technology, the apprenticeships for electronics technicians for devices and systems (m/f/d) and IT specialists for application development (m/f/d) were just the right thing. However, the ‘classic’ occupation of office management assistant (m/f/d) was also very popular with the pupils.
Managing Director Harald Kilian is aware of the importance of in-company training - his personal visit to the training fair: A matter of honour. The team at the trade fair stand consisted of the three trainers Moritz Busl, Katja Ermer and Florian Helgert together with the two trainees Evi Kleber and Jan Wamser. At the end of the trade fair day, they were delighted to have had many interesting and pleasant conversations with potential applicants. And they look forward to meeting again soon with those who have just signed up for a company tour during the autumn holidays.
