Every year, Girls' Day provides schoolgirls all over Germany with guidance in precisely those occupational fields that have so far tended to have a low percentage of female employees - such as IT, crafts or technology. And it was these three fields that five schoolgirls got a look into on Girls' Day on 28 April at microSYST. The job specification behind it: Electronics technician for devices and systems.

Shining advertisements and eyes could be seen at the job and trainee fair of the vocational school centre (BSZ) in Wiesau. Within the framework of a presentation as well as its own information stand, microSYST presented itself for the selection of junior staff.
For two long years of the pandemic, it was only possible virtually. But on Saturday, 26 March, the time had finally come again: at the training fair in Weiden i. d. Opf., microSYST welcomed numerous young people in attendance and live on site.
