One anniversary is chasing the next with the system electronics provider from Weiden: after microSYST had celebrated its 30-year anniversary last summer, the company honoured three employees at once for their loyalty in small ceremony.
The honorary employees look back at 23, 24 and 25 years of service. Almost since the company was founded in 1985, all three of them could thus experience the development of LED technology. “We are very proud that these employees have been so effectively supporting our team for so many years. Their long-term experience helps with guiding our young talents – the perfect blend. Our company and our customers thus benefit from consistently high quality as well as innovation”, managing director Harald Kilian praises his employees continuing dedication.
Ute Heidrich was honoured for 23, Helga Roscher for 24 and Karsten Fischer for 25 years of service.
