For the microSYST and building owner Harald Kilian as well as for his team a dream is moving closer. The new hall, which will be built in the northern direction on the A93 motorway just a few kilometers from the present building is taking more and more concrete shape. Since the ground-breaking ceremony in july 2016 many things have happened on the commercial property which is located close to the motorway. Now, microSYST celebrates the topping-out ceremony together with the construction companies and craftsmen involved in the project. Of course, the traditional snack in the new hall was prepared as well.
"If things continue like this, the move into the new premises will take place in september, says Harald Kilian optimistically and enthuses about his own modern office and production building. 3000 square meters on three levels provide plenty of room for around 60 employees as well as numerous display and order picking components.
The companies involved are working very hard so that the move in autumn will be carried out smoothly. A part of the windows has already been installed, during the next days the roof will be insulated and the interior drywall installations are in progress. Also the electrical installation has already been started.
Together with Harald Kilian, the mayor of Windischeschenbach, Karlheinz Budnik, is very happy about the fast construction progress and he is looking forward to welcoming the supplier of system electronics at the new location.
