Several thousand young people crowded into the Max-Reger-Halle in Weiden, where altogether 109 exhibitors presented their qualified jobs. At the microSYST booth, the youngsters expected an exciting trip into the world of display and order picking systems. The training supervisors Elke Bannert and Gerhard Reindl stood together with several current apprentices the young visitors with their parents questions and answers. Of course, especially the attractive apprenticeship models became the focus of interest: To the apprenticeship offer for management assistants as well as to the apprenticeship offer for electronics technicians for devices and systems.

"It's always exciting for us how the young people react to our company, our products and apprenticeship perspectives. Therefore every training fair is a great experience for us ", summarizes Elke Bannert her experiences. Speaking of experience: Experiencing technology very close was not only possible for the visitors through the excerpt of the microSYST product world: Numerous young people tried their luck on the LED-controlled raffle.
