Just recently, two microSYST trainees have made the final practical examination. After a shortened three-years training, Michael Bauer took his final examination as an Electronics Technician for Equipment and Systems. Stefan Stangl has learned the same profession within two and half years as part of a retraining course.
Diligence, eagerness and not least a healthy portion of excitement accompanied the trainees on their way to the practical journeyman’s examination. The reward: the dream grade 1for both trainees. Company trainer Gerhard Reindl was very proud and congratulated together with the management to this great results.
Both Stefan Stangl and Michael Bauer has been recruited as permanent employees and are now working in the production as young journeymen.
