Two new microSYST trainees in Windischeschenbach

A new part of life has been started. Exciting, new, filled with expectations and many new experiences – I am very pleased that you would like to go this way together with us“, welcomed Harald Kilian, owner and general manager of microSYST, the two new trainees at the company location in Windischeschenbach.

Management Assistant and Electronics Technician

Tanja Käß has started her apprenticeship as a Management Assistant for Office Administration and learns all about commercial administration and organisation in a medium-sized company within 3 years. Leon Kramer’s career goal is to be an Electronics Technician for Equipment and Systems. His training stages during the 3 years apprenticeship: development, programming, construction, production, installation and the repair of diverse logistics and display solutions made by microSYST.

Trainees welcome trainees

To reduce inhibitions and to make the start into the working life easier for the young people, for years now microSYST has been relying on a proven concept: trainees for trainees. In addition to the general managers and the responsible persons for the apprenticeship Carolin Drexler and Fabian Kühnl the trainees of the last two years have been there as well. They take the new trainees by the hand, show them the company and the work and assist with advice, support and information.

High training rate, good chances of being taken onto the permanent workforce

In addition to an exciting environment in a familiy atmosphere and a modern working environment, the young people expect literally bright future perspectives at microSYST. In addition to the powerful LED technology, which microSYST has been driving forward with a great pioneering spirit for almost 35 years, the company’s focus on training is also convincing: a continuous training rate of approximately 10 percent, for years above average educational qualifications as well as very good chances of being taken onto a permanent workforce after successful completion of training speak for themselves – and for the region as a future-proof career harbour.
