Searching for young talents in a „playful“ way - microSYST at the training fair in Weiden

So many interested visitors came to the training fair taking place in Weiden on 23 march – because of or despite the sunny spring weather. For many years now this fair is a fixed date in microSYST’s calendar. „As an established medium-sized company in the region we are always searching for the young professionals of tomorrow“, points out the owner and managing director Harald Kilian who of course has visited the fair together with his colleague Manuel Raß.

Great interest in the apprenticeship and internships

The fair team, which answered all visitors‘ questions concerning the apprenticeship at microSYST consisted of Carolin Drexler and Fabian Kühnl (responsible persons for the apprenticeship in the company) as well as of two current trainees each from electronics and administration. In addition to the questions concerning the apprenticeships, there was also a great demand for internships – an exciting and a practical way to learn something about the possible future dream job.

Technical prize game and „mirace“

Part of the fair package has been the „colorful“ prize game, designed and produced by microSYST’s trainees themselves. Furthermore at the booth, the game called „mirace“, which is a special race. The visitors played the game on a LED display by clicking on buttons as fast as possible, the first one who has clicked his car over the finish line had won. It was so much fun – not only for the young visitors. microSYST is searching for young talents in a „playful“ way.
