A new face at microSYST

A start into the working world for Nadine Potröck

For the start of appreticeship in Bavaria microSYST welcomed a new face in their ranks. Nadine Potröck has started her apprenticeship as a Management Assistant for Office Administration at the manufacturer for system electronics in Windischeschenbach.

A patron as support and as an orientation guide

Besides the trainer Carolin Drexler the career starter has a „patron“ at her side in the first of three years of training. „Tanja Käs is in the second year of training and as a patron she accompanies Nadine Potröck during the first orientation stage and is available for questions. Because she is of the same age the inhibition threshold is lower“, Carolin Drexler explains. Due to the Corona crisis and the safety measures and distance regulations connected with it the welcome of the new apprentice took only place in a small group. „Our beloved tradition of welcome with all current trainees could not be implemented because of the above mentioned reasons.“, the managers Harald Kilian and Manuel Raß regret. The position as an Electronics Technician for Equipment and Systems remained vacant this year. Nevertheless the trainer and the managers say that they want to accompany young carreer starters again next year at the latest.
