The annual job training fair on 16 April in Weiden was a big success again. Like the year before, microSYST used the chance to “hunt for future apprentices” with the help of an information booth and a motivated fair team.
Numerous adolescents visited microSYST’s booth in Max Reger Hall to familiarise themselves with the potential training possibilities. Booth visitors were not only interested in training to become an office management assistant but also very much in a career as an electronics technician for devices and systems.
The exhibition team gave visitors insights from all perspectives: Of course there was a fine selection of LED display systems and picking systems on the microSYST booth to admire. Besides the trainers Elke Bannert and Gerhard Reindl also two current trainees from the commercial and the technical area were on site, who like to share their own experiences to form with interested young people.
A highlight on microSYST booth were several projects in the electronics sector our apprentices exercise during their training and educational tests.
Besides trainer and managing director Elke Bannert also the managing directors Harald Kilian and Manuel Raß visited the training team and were delighted with the high demand, the microSYST got from the visitors.
