Since 1 March, microSYST, the provider of system electronics from Weiden has reorganised its management structure, with Elke Bannert and Manuel Raß complementing the executive team and supporting managing associate Harald Kilian with overseeing company operations.
Harald Kilian, previously microSYST’s sole managing director, is thus broadening the company’s management base with experienced personnel from within, which goes with the sustainable business strategy. “The two new managing directors have been working for microSYST more than 15 years and can thus benefit from a lot of inside knowledge concerning our company as well as the business sector as a whole. There is no one better suited for management”, says company owner Mr Kilian.
Elke Bannert is microSYST’s commercial director, thus responsible for the commercial department, including purchasing, storage, administration, accounting and controlling. Manuel Raß is head of the engineering department, including sales, development, manufacturing, EDP and IT, as well as service and support.
