Springboard for the future – this was the motto of the first training fair in the town hall of Erbendorf on 11 November 2017. Among a large number of exhibitors, microSYST was presenting itself in the best light for the first time at the new location after the move into the new building.
„We are very interested in young talents as well as trainees and would like to offer attractive professional prospects especially for young people in the region“, says the owner and managing director of microSYST Harald Kilian regarding this engagement.
At the well-visited booth young people and their parents gathered information about the two possible apprenticeships at the supplier of system electronics. That is on the one hand the apprenticeship for administration and sales: Management Assistant for Office Administration and on the other hand the apprenticeship for young people who are interested in technology: Electronics Technician for Equipment and Systems.
An insight into microSYST‘s world of training and technology
Together with the training supervisors Elke Bannert and Gerhard Reindl the current microSYST trainees informed the interested training fair visitors. Even Harald Kilian, the owner of the company took the opportunity to visit the fair personally.
In addition to a general insight into the apprencticeship the booth of course offered a look at microSYST’s world of technology – from LED displays through industrial monitors up to the order picking technology.
The training fair visitors were able to test this last mentioned technology in practice: the competition was all about the LED and order picking technology of microSYST. And of course there were also prizes which the winners were allowed to take home with them.
