For the third time, on two areas: in the town hall of Erbendorf it recently was all about apprenticeships, training opportunities and information. Erbendorf has invited to the training fair in cooperation with the middle school association Erbendorf-Windischeschenbach. microSYST as an exhibitor of the first hour has been on the training fair already for the second time after 2017 and was able to make a lot of interesting contacts with pupils and schools.
Apprenticeships and company tours
The focus has been on presenting the company itself and of course on presenting the possible two apprenticeships at microSYST:
On the one hand the apprenticeship for Electronics Technician for Equipment and Systems for those who are interested in technical and mechanical work and on the other hand the apprenticeship for Management Assistant for Office Administration. Many young people – with and without parents – wanted to get to know the details and were talking to
the microSYST trainees which are nearly of the same age. Together with Fabian Kühnl, who is responsible for the apprenticeship, they answered the numerous questions. Besides pupils, the fair team came also into contact with schools, which have been interested in company tours and in a more intensive cooperation.
Working with young talents is (also) a matter for the management board
That the working with young talents is also a matter for the management board is no longer a secret: Business owner Harald Kilian has visited the fair in Erbendorf together with his management colleague Manuel Raß. „A matter of course, if the schedule allows it. As this is not only a trade fair but an important work for the future,“, explains Kilian the fundamental commitment to be present on the relevant, regional training and recruiting fairs.
