A classic of the North Upper Palatinate training fairs in Weiden

The training fair in the Max Reger Hall in Weiden is an absolute classic, not only for microSYST - a participant since 2010. Around 120 employers, from craftsmen to medium-sized industrial companies, public authorities to corporations and educational institutions, presented themselves to the interested visitors.

The young microSYST team of trainers Moritz Busl, Florian Helgert and Carolin Drexler as well as apprentice Valentin Heid were looking for a direct connection to the young target group. And found it: Both the technical career goals "IT specialist (m/f/d) for application development" and "electronics technician (m/f/d) for devices and systems" as well as the apprenticeship "office management clerk (m/f/d)" attracted a lot of interest. The trade fair visitors were particularly impressed by the fact that microSYST does not act purely as a manufacturer or distributor, but rather manages the complete product cycle of system electronics - from the idea to production to implementation.

Once again, the lottery designed by microSYST apprentices proved to be a small icebreaker and crowd magnet, awarding prizes by a random generator and light signal. The display with a model assembly line, which showed the intended use in a factory, also served as an eye-catcher and an introduction to more in-depth discussions.

In short: The classic of the North Upper Palatinate training fairs probably met or even exceeded all expectations of the employers as well as the numerous young people looking for apprenticeships. For microSYST, the Weiden fair was once again a complete success.
