Excellent training results in Windischeschenbach
Eagerness is worth it. Stephan Krüger as well as Waldemar Tschernow were able to earn the reward of their eagerness during their apprenticeship. Both completed their apprenticeships at microSYST Systemelectronic GmbH with excellent grades.
Stephan Krüger has finished his two and a half years‘ training as Management Assistant for Office Communication. Waldemar Tschernowstarted his career as a Electronics Technician for Equipment and Systems three and a half years ago. Last Friday, both trainees completed their final practical exams with very good results and can be proud of their good overall result.
The two trainers Elke Bannert and Gerhard Reindl congratulated their „pupils“ on these excellent training results and presented gifts. The managing director Manuel Raß as well as managing owner Harald Kilian also offered personal congratulations and were pleased about the success of microSYST’s trainees.
Waldemar Tschernow was taken on as permanent employee by the supplier of system electronics from Windischeschenbach and is now still part of the team. Stephan Krüger is going to visit the USA, among others and is taking some time off. „After his return the doors of microSYST will be open at any time, points out Harald Kilian, regarding the company’s culture to be taken on after the apprenticeship.
