Experiencing professions in Waldsassen: Training 4.0 with microSYST

The education management of the district of Tirschenreuth, the city and the Waldsassen secondary school invited visitors to "Ausbildung 4.0 - Berufe erleben" (training 4.0 - experiencing professions) on Saturday, 24 February. The invitation to the premises of the Waldsassen secondary school was accepted not only by around 60 participating companies, but also by around 2,000 visitors.

There were also plenty of visitors to the microSYST stand, where the technical trainers Moritz Busl and Florian Helgert, apprentice Leonel Rodriguez and commercial employee Julia Panrucker were on hand to answer questions. The mobile LED display, which had been specially brought along and programmed, showed the way to the corresponding classroom - as an eye-catcher and guide in one.
Back in the region of Waldsassen for the first time since 2019, microSYST has received consistently positive feedback - from its field of activity in the area of display and order picking technology to its specific products, the size of the company and the fact that it has now been in business for over 35 years.
And last but not least, the focus was of course on training prospects: in addition to electronics technicians for devices and systems (m/f/d) and office management clerks (m/f/d), the IT specialist for application development (m/f/d) training programme was particularly popular.

In addition to a raffle, microSYST once again offered the opportunity to visit the company on site in Windischeschenbach. "This kind of openness always goes down well. We have nothing to hide," agreed the team with owner and Managing Director Harald Kilian.
