They are intended to provide pupils with an overview and, above all, orientation in the educational jungle: We are talking about the career choice seminars at the secondary schools. There, pupils receive unfiltered information about their career aspirations, live and directly from companies in the region. microSYST took part in these information events in February at the secondary school in Kemnath and the Hans-Scholl-Realschule in Weiden and received a great amount of interest.
In Kemnath, 14 pupils decided to get to know microSYST and its career opportunities in more detail. The trainers Carolin Drexler and Moritz Busl provided entertaining insights into the world of a system electronics provider with its own manufacturing and production. In addition to the apprenticeship professions of electronics technician for devices and systems (m/f/d) and IT specialist for application development (m/f/d), the administrative part with the career objective of office management clerk (m/f/d) was also highlighted.
At the Hans-Scholl-Realschule in Weiden i. d. Opf., 31 young people came to get to know the school. In addition to the presentation of the apprenticeship occupations by trainer Florian Helgert and apprentice Valentin Heid, they were particularly impressed by the LED display they had brought along with its many configuration options.
