Sales partner from Poland attends training at microSYST

Getting to know products, software and practical applications even better: this was the motto of the two-day training course to which microSYST invited its long-standing sales partner OEM from Poland. Four OEM employees travelled to Windischeschenbach to take part in an all-round tour of the world of LED technology.

A guided tour through all departments - planning, production, dispatch and warehouse as well as administration and sales - helped the visitors to "arrive". The start of the training was then marked by in-depth familiarisation with the configuration software. The visitors also learnt more about the advantages and possible applications of various systems and types by looking at the latest developments in display technology. In order to establish a link to sales practice, microSYST presented specific application examples for each area of the training. Applications from logistics and intralogistics were also mentioned. Day two began with product-specific details, working with the price list and preparing a customised quotation, as well as other tips for day-to-day sales. An outlook on upcoming revisions and releases of new displays and controllers increased the anticipation for 2024. A question-and-answer session to repeat and consolidate what had been learnt concluded the two-day training course.

Both the OEM team and the technical sales team at microSYST rated the two days as a complete success: with all the possibilities and insights on site, technical questions as well as specific customer requests and associated challenges were discussed and answered down to the smallest detail. An investment that pays off for everyone: for even better sales quality and inspiring customer service.
