Strengthening personal relationships - sales partner GMC on site at microSYST

To get to know and understand each other (even) better as sales partners: Lukás Zouhar and Matej Sindler from GMC - mericí technika, s.r.o. visited microSYST in Windischeschenbach on May 16th and 17th.
 

The technology sector also thrives on encounters

Since all microSYST strands - development, production, logistics and last but not least sales and administration - come together in Windischeschenbach, an intensive tour of all departments was obligatory. The associated demonstration of internal structures and processes at microSYST should make further cooperation even easier. This also applies to the personal meeting with the microSYST employees in sales, who can now also put a face to the mails from GMC. "As technical as our industry is, these encounters in particular are always valuable for both sides," says microSYST owner Harald Kilian with pleasure.
 

Basic training course for and with sales partners

In a basic course on "Technical Sales of Display Technology and Order Picking Systems", Andreas Hofmann, Technical Sales Germany and Abroad at microSYST, explained the respective applications for normal to special areas of application. In addition to theory, Zouhar and Sindler were also able to gain further insight into the special features of LED technology in practice. Specific requirements of the sales partner were discussed as well as pricing. A question-and-answer session concluded the course.

The evening part was - typically Neuhaus/Windischeschenbach - celebrated with a tasting of the local Zoigl beer. And there, after all the technical finesse of the day's programme, the focus was above all on personal interaction and being together.

Just recently, GMC had an example of the microSYST display portfolio in its trade fair luggage at AMPER 2023 in Brno.
