Training young people in the region - in addition to the local companies, school centres such as the BSZ Wiesau also make a decisive contribution to providing specialist knowledge in and for the region. microSYST supports the work of the BSZ as a sponsoring member and partner of the IT Campus.
The IT Campus of the BSZ Wiesau, the largest IT training facility in the northern Upper Palatinate, is home to a vocational school and a technical school: IT specialists (application development) and IT specialists (system integration) are trained there, as well as state-certified business IT specialists (Bachelor Professional in Business) and state-certified IT technicians (Bachelor Professional in Technology).
The support association has set itself the task of connecting companies and the school on the one hand and supporting the students on the other. Job and internship fairs or the promotion of the best graduates are only two central components of the idealistic and substantial support.
For companies, there is a permanent presence at the BSZ and thus a direct line to students - whether for internships or the start or re-entry into professional life after successful graduation. Word has spread about the high quality of training at the IT Campus: Currently, a total of 14 regional companies are involved in the partner circle.
