microSYST simply had to be there: "Training 4.0 - experience professions!"
This was the slogan of the education day with training fair in the school centre and the multi-purpose hall in Kemnath. Around 80 exhibitors from the fields of industry, crafts, services, further and higher education were on site - correspondingly broad were the interests of the numerous visitors, including not only pupils but also parents and teachers.
microSYST was able to score points despite the high number of exhibitors: In addition to the lively interest in the apprenticeship as an electronics technician for devices and systems (m/f/d) in particular, the visitors were also enthusiastic about the continuous value chain at microSYST. From the idea to the development and production to the commissioning of the smart LED technology solutions, microSYST serves all customer requirements from a single source. Those who wanted to see it up close were given the chance to arrange a company tour in Windischeschenbach.
The trainers Florian Helgert and Moritz Busl as well as Valentin Heid were pleased about the popularity at the trade fair stand, where they presented the apprenticeships for IT specialist application development (m/f/d) and office management assistant (m/f/d) in addition to the electronics technician apprenticeship. During their visit, Managing Directors Harald Kilian and Manuel Rass confirmed that training has become a management responsibility at microSYST.
